The Challenge Program is also a fully functioning construction company. Our trainee crews work on community projects and have rehabbed 20+ affordable housing units in low-income neighborhoods. All of the homes we renovate have been vacant for years, abandoned and dilapidated. We bring high quality materials and craftmanship to these houses and incorporate unique, interesting features to increase appeal and home value. Past features include a floating staircase, custom flooring made from reclaimed wood, geothermal heating systems, ceramic tile installations, custom cabinetry and built-ins.
