Our Projects

One thing that makes us unique is that we are a fully functioning construction company. Trainees gain critical occupational skills gained through paid real-world construction and woodworking projects. We partner with local housing development and community organizations to rehab homes and vacant properties in low-income neighborhoods, as well as carpentry work, including timber frames, for regional restaurants, corporations, government entities, educational institutions and public spaces like Awbury Arboretum.
