  • have at least one barrier to employment? (common barriers include prior arrests, conviction or adjudication; did not finish high school; from low-income area; former foster care; housing insecure, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFO FOR APPLICANTS

  • Applicants must be between the age of 18 - 24 and be out of school, meaning that you graduated from high school, or you still need your GED

  • All levels of education and experience are encouraged to apply, even if you have no construction experience

  • We work with any level of juvenile or adult probation below work release

  • We accept applications and hire new Trainees ongoing year-round
