Pam Richards, Senior Case Manager
Pam comes to us with a B.S. in Sociology with a social welfare concentration, with 25+ years of related experience serving youth aging out of foster care. Pam is responsible for helping our trainees with soft skills, work readiness, overcoming their barriers, and job placement. From recruitment to placement, our case manager is responsible for managing all direct services to the trainees. Pam handles eligibility and intake, then creates and implements a service plan with each trainee outlining their goals. She works first and foremost as advocate for our trainees. She uses positive reinforcement, accountability and healthy boundaries to build trusting relationships with our Trainees. Her kind, fair approach and love of the job make the Trainees eager to work with her to accomplish their goals.
