Kimberlee Slocomb, Program Director

Kim has been managing the contract and programming side of The Challenge Program since 2008. She has over 20 years of program management and case management experience and works hard to maintain high standard of service to our Trainees.   Kim is responsible for monitoring the Challenge Program’s contractual compliance with all funding sources and oversees the direct service work.  She hires and supervises the team.  She coordinates services and partnerships.  Kim regularly assesses the program to improve efficiency and incorporate new ideas to better serve our trainees.
