Jim Ennis, Instructor

Jim joined our team in Spring 2019 as our Construction Manager, but in 2023 he moved to an Instructor position so he could run his own crew and work more closely with the Trainees. Jim works with the crew daily, teaching skills to prepare our Trainees for employment. He is a patient, kind and consistent leader. He does a great job of balancing his instructor duties with his role as GC for each project. Jim is also lead of our internal safety committee. Prior to joining Challenge Program, Jim had 8 years prior experience in management and 3 additional years working as Shop Manager at the Urban Bike Project.
