Bryce

Bryce enrolled in The Challenge Program in 2023 at age 20. He excelled in the program and earned his Forklift certification. Bryce said, “I could see a difference in the person I was before CP and after – in only 6 months.”

He then applied for and was accepted into the first CP Furniture Pre-Apprentice cohort in December 2023. After successfully completing the Pre-Apprenticeship, Bryce secured a full-time Construction Carpenter job earning a competitive wage.

When describing his overall experience, Bryce said, “CP is a great foundation and CP Furniture opened up another world of carpentry and woodworking. You gain certifications and skills you learn that can shoot you further than you can see. It’s a life-changing thing.”
