Becca Johnson, Development Director

Becca is a mission-driven, community-focused professional with a diverse background of nonprofit, corporate, entrepreneurial, and volunteer experience. She started her career in the finance and technology sectors and has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 17 years, specializing in fundraising. She also oversaw workforce development programs for a national nonprofit. Becca approaches her development and fundraising work with a Trainee forward mission – and takes great care regarding our Trainees and their stories. She also serves on the Project New Start Board of Directors.
