Kim has been the primary manager of the Challenge Program’s WIB contract for 3 years, and has 8 years prior case management and program management experience, as well as an extensive knowledge of local social service agencies and providers.  As Program Manager, Kim is responsible for monitoring the Challenge Program’s contractual compliance with all of its funding sources, and overseeing all the direct service work.  Kim also assesses the program to improve efficiency and incorporate new ideas to better serve the Challenge Program’s trainees.
