BECOME A TRAINEE
In addition to employment and construction training, the Challenge Program’s trainees are provided with educational assistance, case management services, and are paid a modest living stipend. The weekly work schedule is Monday through Thursday 8 am – 3:30 pm, with 4 hours of paid classroom training included.
Our goal is to prepare young men and women for employment in the construction trades through an experience-based learning program.
EXPECTATIONS
Trainees must be willing to listen, learn and work hard.
Trainees are expected to be punctual, prepared & have a positive attitude while on work site and during classroom training.
